COMPANIES DON'T INNOVATE - PEOPLE DO!
Gary Davi, Chairman & CEO
Mr. Davi is inventi's founder and has been on the ground floor of the modern technological revolution that continues to reshape everyday life for people around the world. After a stint at Lockheed-Martin and a few well known dotcom startups, Davi worked at Netscape during the infamous "browser wars" of the '90s.
Davi's leadership and executive experience includes serving as Chief Information Officer for Steadfast Companies/Steadfast Capital Markets Group, one of the nation’s largest public non-traded Apartment Real Estate Investment Trusts with more than $8 billion in assets under management . He has also served as Chief Technology Officer at Crossroads Capital Group, exclusive nationwide distributors of Voya Financial Annuities, and CIO for CORE Realty Holdings, a $2 billion TIC . Before his move to Newport Beach and the founding of Inventi™, Davi was the Executive VP of Information Technology for BriteSmile (Nasdaq: BSML).
In the financial sector, through contracts with his consulting company "Davi Consulting", Davi has worked for household names like Goldman Sachs, Charles Schwab, Paine Webber, the Pacific Stock Exchange, Dow Jones, Reuters, Merrill Lynch, and ATEL Capital Group.
In 2012, he was awarded a SalesLogix Innovation Award in CRM from Sage Software.
Today, he has 10 patents pending on his own inventions and innovations in software and hardware.
Current board memberships:
IPA (Investment Program Association) board member: technology and cyber security committees
Sage SalesLogix customer advisory board member
Mark Madison, President
Mark brings over 25 years of management experience to the team that includes founding two successful companies, one an advertising agency, the other a boutique private equity firm. Over the years his clients have included many Fortune 500 companies including Oracle, Microsoft, IBM and Wells Fargo among others. He has worked extensively with C-suite and senior management on a range of strategic initiatives spanning from marketing to complete restructurings.
Wayne Powell, CSO
Wayne J. Powell is involved in the development and application of electronic technologies; he has made a concerted effort to keep abreast of new technological advances as they occur while applying traditional innovation from past theorists. It has been his practice to leverage personal experience and discovery into new invention and innovation.
Mr. Powell began his Electronic Study in 1960, Journeyman in electronics from 1972-2009. Studied Nuclear Physics and Quantum State Physics. He has worked under Honeywell Instrumentation grant for Nuclear Research. He has been engaged in extensive theoretical research into physical science phenomena and has worked with a group of elite scientists and inventors regarding magnetic and energy research and has participated in the development of new and unparalleled energy, magnetic, metallic state and acoustic discoveries.
As a result of the extensive study of current cutting edge and historical theorists in the realms of Physical, Nuclear, Quantum Science and personal experiences described as light events in the winter of 1959 Wayne has become aware of new understandings regarding the harmonies of the universe and how universal laws apply to the acquisition of energy and synchronicity of intelligent design. With the collaboration of closely aligned scientific associates, Mr. Powell has been a party to exceptional advances in the development of energy generation.
As a member of several think tanks engaged in energy conversion and discovery Wayne serves the role of the integrator of existing technology within the new discoveries generated by these associations. The skill he brings allows for the application of linear thinking to extend and enhance the maximum benefit derived from these discoveries.
Dr. Abe Shahrodi, CTO
Since graduating from University of Toronto in 1983 with a Ph.D. degree, Abe has played progressively advancing leadership roles, from Project Manager to Sr. VP, at various industrial companies across Canada and USA. As an innovator, leader and manager in power conversion industry, Abe has led numerous NPD efforts from the concept to manufacturing while enhancing field and client support as well as the company’s business growth or turn-around strategy. His unique command of a wide range of applications and skills along with analytical and practical expertise, has enabled Abe to achieve many pioneering contributions to industrial and academic fields such as IGBT inverters, compressor VFD, smart utility metering, solar grid-tie, embedded electronics I&C, power quality and harmonic filtering, simulation and design tools for transformers and power grid control. Along the way, Abe created world-class international engineering teams, overhauled the engineering process, supported the business growth and engaged in international technology exchange with Korea, Japan, China, Finland, Canada, France, Germany, Chile and others.
After receiving his B.S. degree in EE from Sharif University of Technology in Iran, Abe was awarded M.A.S.C. and Ph.D. degrees from University of Toronto in 1981 and 1983 respectively in Power Systems and Power Electronics. Over the subsequent 35 years, Abe's technical contributions spanned from micro-sized electronic and embedded controls to mega-sized power converters and utility grade transformers and reactors. In his current role, as the Owner and Principal Consultant at Power Magnetronics Solutions™, Abe specializes in fully customized power conversion equipment, transformers, reactors, harmonic filters, rectiformers and cooling systems. Abe is also acting as the Vice Chair of IEEE Cleveland Section supporting technical and member activities in North Eastern Ohio.
Abe's passion for contributing to transformer industry started while working as the CTO at a Swiss-American transformer company where he witnessed irregularities and inadequacies in the manner such products were designed and tested leading to their premature failure. He has spent many years examining design approaches and field issues related to causes of transformer failure while perfecting a unique design tool for reliable and cost effective development of transformers and reactors.
From 1983 to 1986, Abe published eleven original papers in refereed IEEE journals which, after 30 years, still make it to the top 4% of downloads at academia.com. Between 1992 and 1996, he received four US patents in variable speed AC drive, smart utility metering, instrumentation and gas turbine ignition. Abe is also an award recipient of Industrial Fellowship for National Science and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC)
Adam M. Curry, co-founder Entangled Labs & Bionatus, focusing on applications of future physics across multiple companies. Adam was the recipient of the MIT Ceres Connection Prize at 17, for an invention that converted electro-gravitational phenomena into signals that can help forecast seismic events, such as earthquakes. Adam has been featured in the Discovery Channel’s Through The Wormhole with Morgan Freeman, and is on the board of the Society for Scientific Exploration. He has worked at Princeton’s PEAR Lab, and Psyleron.
Michael Mazzola, co-founder Langley West, co-founder TruCBD Foundation, co-Founder of Entangled, and an entertainment executive.
